Shipping & Delivery Policy
1 Overview
At SolarEasy, We always try to keep shipping costs as low as possible without compromising on the quality of our products. We deliver throughout Australia mainly via Australia Post plus various courier companies, including Toll and Couriers Please to provide the best service and pricing.
All orders are processed via our West Sydney warehouse at Minchinbury. All deliveries are made from 9.00 am to 5:00 pm Monday to Friday. All orders with available stock will be dispatched in 1 business day, and orders placed prior to 1:00 PM local time in Sydney will be dispatched on the same day.
We always seeks to sell the greatest value products and these items should be of an acceptable quality, fit for purpose, and matching their description.
2 Domestic Shipping Policy
All orders are processed within 1 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Delivery Costs
Most of small item will be deliery for free and for some large item, delivery costs are calculated using the online calculators of Australia Post and courier companies. Factors that determine the cost include: Size and weight, Shipping distance. The final cost of a order will be calculated automatically when you check out at the end of online purchase.
Delivery Time Table .
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking:
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours. Buyers will be able to trace the delivery online with this unique tracking number.
Damages:
SolarEasy is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Delivery Terms
Please note that couriers do not deliver to Post Office Boxes, so a residential or business address must be provided. Deliveries are made during business hours. TNT deliveries require someone to sign for your delivery and may charge a re-delivery fee if no one is present to accept the parcel. You can leave instructions for a safe drop-off location during the checkout process. However, we cannot take responsibility for items left by TNT if no one is home. The items are left at your own risk. Alternatively, consider having items delivered to your workplace if it's more convenient.
3 International Shipping Policy
SolarEasy products are not available for standard international shipping. If you are based outside of Australia and would like to have one of our products shipped to you, please contact us via email at solareasy6@gmail.com, so we can provide a custom shipping arrangement.
